Reputation 2.0: the importance of undertaking the role of “expert”

When we faced the theme of Corporate Blogs, we saw how transparency is a fundamental element in the dialogue between companies and consumers.
The enterprises that are efficient and sincere experts of a given sector can easily become a point of reference once they have gained the trust of collaborators, partners and potential customers.
The trust that the customers will place in a company will thus be a mixture of different components, obtained in different ways, in a delicate balance among one another.

The role of “expert” must be thus earned through the capability to communicate clearly and unmistakably and to offer a variety of continuously updated contents. The skills of those who work to provide a service will have to be constantly fed, just like a thirsty plant which grows every day.
