Interview with Layla Pavone - How companies can face the economic crisis

Layla Pavone - Managing Director of Isobar Communications and President of IAB Italia – during the TamTamy Day that took place recently, gave us her point of view on how companies can face the economic and financial crisis that is occurring in this period and how they can use the web to reassure their customers but also to strengthen their business.
Her appeal is that we should not worry in front of a situation which, though difficult, must incite far-sighted companies to invest online, understanding in real time the strength of communication, now more than ever.
A 360° communication in all directions, ‘in-in, in-out, out-out, out-in’, makes the difference today between a company oriented towards its evolution and a company doomed to stagnation.
Afterwards, also Antony Stranese – Marketing Director at L’Oreal Paris – explained his not too negative view of the crisis. In his opinion, the crisis will surely be transversal, hitting all sectors, but not as catastrophic as has been announced.
